Underwater recording of seal calls are probably the weirdest, eeriest sounds from an animal you’ll ever hear. This clip is from one of my favorite movies of all time, Werner Herzog’s Encounters at the End of the World. Last I checked it’s streaming on Netflix.

It sounds like electronic music. except, it’s coming from a seal.
